The Dakota Thomas Café is a full service cafeteria located in the “Link” between the two Crescent Ridge buildings. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Dakota Thomas offers a wide range of menu items consisting of hot breakfast sandwiches, bagels and muffins for breakfast and deli sandwiches, gourmet soups and daily-featured hot entrees for lunch.
